Night Without End

Bloodshed at the Polar Ice-Cap
by : Ho Mun Yan

It all began when a plane crash had taken place in the Greenland ice-cap. The British aircraft was carrying a property of the government. Our mission was to make sure the passengers were save and to stop the murderers from stealing the government property.

When we got there, I saw two dangerous men who were carrying hostages with them. As our boat approached closer, I could see the two men fighting violently. Apparently, one of them was holding a girl hostage while climbing into one of the tractors. He was planning on a get away after he killed his enemy. However, the tractor spun around and hit the huge rocks due to the slippery glaciers. Both, the man and the hostage were thrown out of the tractor into a closing crevasse due to the movement of the glaciers. The man died as the glaciers closed on him while the hostage was lucky enough to be saved in time.
